LIVESTRONG® is an evidence-based program that helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health and wellbeing after treatment for cancer. The program is free to all members of the community. Participating YMCAs create a welcoming community in which survivors can improve their strength and physical fitness, diminish the severity of therapy side effects, develop supportive relationships, and improve their quality of life.

At the Y, every pass, shot and point builds skills that last long after the final whistle. Through the guidance of our dedicated staff and volunteer coaches, athletes learn what true sportsmanship and teamwork look like- on and off the court or field. Winter Sports are now open for registration!

You are invited to the most wonderful run of the year! Join us for our 43rd annual event on December 5. In addition to our half marathon, 5K and 1 mile Fun Run course, we will have bounce houses, music, cheerleaders, community mascots, donuts at the finish line, & more! Every participant will receive a race shirt and 5K and half marathoners will receive finisher medals as they cross the Finish Line!
