Many people on our staff have referred to being "drawn" to their position with the YMCA.  Perhaps they experienced the Y in their youth, or perhaps they are simply motivated to perform work in their community that impacts its citizens directly.  Either way, we find that committed individuals seek us out as much as we seek them.
